The Utah State Capitol has the most beautiful Cherry Blossoms in the Spring! The only issue is, they are bloomed for 2-3 weeks before they all disappear. That being said, the Capitol grounds are always filled with people getting their own pictures taken and enjoying the beauty. I asked Rachel if she was willing to go early in the morning to see if we could miss the crowds-and we did! Even though it was freezing cold, we got the most BEAUTIFUL pictures of sweet Rachel!
